Returns policy

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after your item is delivered. Contact us using our contact form with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

For UK and EU cancellation rights, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back after notifying us that you wish to cancel.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. Please return items in the same condition they were received. Your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods are unaffected.

For eligible cancellations, refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional charges for express or premium delivery are not refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
