Returns policy for MR BRECKZ

At MRBRECKZ we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s), you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email at luke@mrbreckz.com including your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Period
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel. The return address will be provided upon your return request.

3. Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be returned:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct from your refund if the item is not returned in a saleable condition.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours on working days only. This refund doesn’t include the original standard delivery charge.

Please note: We are not required to refund additional delivery costs if you chose a premium or express delivery option.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at luke@mrbreckz.com within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a partial refund or full refund, including all delivery costs.

7. Exempt Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Sourced goods
- Personalised items
